 Welcome. (*-*)  So glad you have found your way to my site.  I am a photographer, a painter, too, and for many years an educator, with an MA in English Literature. Long ago as a fashion model my training in photography began and still it grows.  For years I shot with a rather heavy Pentax 67 medium format film camera, often bearing it and tripod through untold woods, fields, and streams, over and under fences and boulders from Florida to California, Machu Picchu and beyond. It served me well.  Anymore, it's awfully impractical.  Digital has so changed photo capture and processing and it just gets better all the time! It's an exciting time to be in the business of image making.  Likely you feel the same about photography as I do:  that it's magical in so many ways, and so poignant, and a thing we simply cannot do without. 

I am a lover of beauty (and truth) and seek it everywhere– in nature and in the places and things humans have built and the activities, events, ceremonies, and arts of our time. My photography includes the photojournalistic and fine art approach and reflects my sense of what is lovely, powerful and grand, mysterious, seductive, sweet, fresh, and innocent. As you see on the site, I shoot events, people, their weddings and parties, sports, family portraits and intimates, landscapes, seascapes, and gardens. Always and ever
